2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use MenuLogix for personal, non-commercial meal planning purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the website's source code
• Use the service for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your dietary information is accurate for safe meal planning
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Billing

MenuLogix offers subscription plans with the following terms:

• Trial Period: New users receive a 14-day free trial
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion for service issues

5. Recipe Content

Recipes added to MenuLogix may come from:

• Global Seed Pool: Curated recipes provided by MenuLogix
• User-Added Recipes: Recipes you import from external sources via URL

You are responsible for ensuring any recipes you add do not infringe on copyrights. MenuLogix is not liable for the accuracy or safety of recipe content.

6. Third-Party Integrations

MenuLogix integrates with third-party services including:

• Kroger: Shopping cart and grocery pickup/delivery
• Google Calendar: Meal schedule synchronization

Use of these integrations is subject to each provider's terms of service. MenuLogix is not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

7. Disclaimer

MenuLogix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of nutritional information or recipe details
• Availability of grocery items at third-party retailers

8. Limitations

In no event shall MenuLogix or its operators be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:

• Food allergies or dietary incidents
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party service failures

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to MenuLogix immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
